I can't believe for how many couples you all shipped!!!!

The only couples I ever shipped for were Mulder/Scully and of course Sam/Jack.
That's it!

And I think this whole shipping - as much as I love it - can be really exhausting and depressing...
and I had just 2 (!) couples...some of you had so many I stopped counting! ROFL

Maybe I'm too picky but I don't get easily intrigued by a ship..it has to be something special.

There are 5 things I need...
1. I have to love the whole show..not like it..LOVE it!!!
2. I have to love both characters..not like them..LOVE them!!!
3. I need to have a crush on the male character (LOL)
4. There has to be a great chemistry between them and....
5. The ship shouldn't be too obvious in the beginning; it has to be complicated....I want a challenge!

You see? That's the reason I only shipped for M/S and S/J...

I've liked ship on tons of shows throughout the years too, but none compared to Sam/Jack--and I never joined any type of "society" where ship was acknowledged and appreciated.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who liked to think of Hawkeye & Margaret getting together on MASH....I liked Doug Ross with Carol Hathaway on ER, by the way and did anyone ever see the show Ed? I loved the whole (of course drawn out) Ed & Carol story. I've just started watching Firefly and love the angst thus far between Mal and Inara (can't wait to see where that goes).

I guess I'm just a hopeless romantic and first really realized it after watching Casablanca. When Rick leaves Ilsa that totally breaks my heart.
