I was being a good girl today - staying off GW at work and then I get your e-mail. So I go to GW and start reading the posts as you instructed me too.

So now I'm sitting in my office with thoughts of J/S porn running around in my head and I have to lead a meeting with a bunch of guys this afternoon. Now that wasn't nice ;-)

The J & S ship emergency button! That's a great idea. Too bad my TV didn't have one the first time I saw Chimera. All I'd have to do is hit it and Jack would automatically take Pete's place on the screen. Seeing Jack and Sam going at it in the hallway is something I could live with just fine.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I LOVE THAT IMAGE! Such a great antidote for watching Sam and ! Although I find that after the initial relief my heart starts pumping at about 1000 beats per minute ... now I need some nice S/J angst to calm it back down.

Aaaaaarrrggghhhh!!!! My eyes!!!!

Sky One have just shown “Chimera” and I actually watched it. It’s a bit like watching a car crash…you don’t want to do it, but you can’t take your eyes away from the awful sight. I haven’t watched this episode since it first aired, and it is no better than I remembered.
There are so many plot holes. I wonder if any of TPTB actually read it before they filmed it. The Daniel/Sarah/Osiris storyline was engulfed in the crap that was supposed to be a love story!
I won’t go over all the reasons for thinking this episode is utter drivel as we’ve all done this a million times before, but I forgot just how dreadful it all actually was.

I’m now going to watch all my shippy DVDs I have so I can cleanse my mind.

PS. Did I mention how utterly dreadful this episode was?!!!

I find the episode tolerable...but only marginally more so than Grace...I don't know why, but I can't stomach that episode...maybe it's because apart from the Jack scene, it screws up and trashes the character until threads. That and that I want to throw heavy objects at her so she could be in the infirmary for longer and miss her date with Detective DuckSpud.

Don't I wish. I was thinking the other day about how long it's taken those two to come together (or sort of come together, or did they or didn't they come together, or whatever the case may be ) and I got this horrifying image: Sam is shuffling down the aisle with a walker and Jack is a corpse with a carnation waiting at the altar!
