    Asian style fantasy books

So I was wondering are there any Fantasy books out there with a Asian style fantasy to it? Whenever I read a fantasy book the theme of the book is mostly based off of Tokiens Middle Earth and I just find that to be to ordinary and not very original but I would like to know if there are any interesting Asian style fantasy novels that are good that I have not read. So far I have only read Tales of the Ortori and that is about it.

the Chinese classical fantasy novel Journey to the West is a few hundred years old. Stars the Monkey King and his other humanoid superpowered associates.
If you're interested in reading my longest fanfic story, which is an action/adventure story involving the elusive Furlings (as well as if you want to read the others), please click the link below.
