One of these is not like the others.

    Yeah, SyFy's a cable network.
~ When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take back the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! WITH THE LEMONS! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that BURNS YOUR HOUSE DOWN! ~

Shouldn't that mean that they require far less. To renew then Network I mean come on. Those shows are averaging under 5 million viewers in a world where 8 - 22 million is regular.

I would still most likely watch something on Syfy than on FOX.

FOX have deterred me with the cancellation of Firefly, though again with TSCC more recently.

Syfy gave Stargate a very good run in terms of modern scifi life. Five years of SG-1 (after it moved over from Showtime) and SGA, and then two years of a completely new SG show. That's a lot of money and faith to put into something.

How odd, people have complained FOX kills science fiction shows for the longest time, and they are the ones renewing the popular sci-fi right now?! Is Fringe the next X-Files?

Good to hear on Chuck and Fringe though. I've missed alot of Chuck in its current season but love the show, I've been dying to check out Fringe.

Actually, it wasn't doing as well this season. Mainly because of the scheduling changes. They need to pick a night and stick with it. Since its move to Friday it was put up against the CW's Supernatural. Many fans of SPN are also Fringe fans....so it made our Friday night decisions difficult.

Fringe was moved to Friday because of the underperformance

ABC upfront meeting is Tuesday afternoon. You'll know if V is coming back or not when they announce their schedule.
