Six Degrees of SG-1 Game
I posted on the AT/SC Appreciation thread that I lately found myself playing the Six Degrees game with AT as the center.
Six Degrees is a concept that you can connect one person to any other person in the person by no more than six connections. There is a game that was popularized that Kevin Bacon was the center of the movie industry as you could connect Kevin to any person in the movie industry by six degrees.
For this game we will replace Kevin Bacon with the members of SG-1, so Richard Dean Anderson, Amanda Tapping, Michael Shanks, Christopher Judge, Corin Nemec, Ben Browder and Claudia Black are all eligible as starting points. (Should we include Steve Makaj - Col. Makepeace - as he was CO of SG-1 if only for one episode?)
I would like for this game to limit the connections to PROFESSIONAL ones, thus the connection that Peter DeLuise is the son of Dom DeLuise is invalid. But saying that Peter worked with Dom on the SG-1 episode Urgo is valid. Also, for using TV series as a connection they should have worked on the same episode.
Also, I would like to set a limit of either time (3 days) or guesses (5 guesses) before the answer is revealed and a new question asked.
In my original post about this I connected AT with Kevin Bacon, they connected by:
- AT co-starred on Stargate SG-1 with RDA
- RDA worked with Teri Hatcher on MacGyver
- Teri Hatcher worked on the movie The Big Picture with Kevin Bacon
Thus AT and Kevin have only three connections between them.
Now there is no one set path and as long as the connections are valid the response is valid. But for the game the fewer connections the better. The person with the best response gets to post the next question.
And to start as off, how can you professionally connect AT with Sean Connery?
