Historicly, the closest one to be "odd one out" would be Raphael as his inclusion on the list of Archangels is questioned by some branches of the church. Lucifer however is not ever given the title of "archangel" yet has been atributed as being "the most prefect of angels", so you could reasonably assume he is an Archangel.
