Any fans of this awesome 80's anime classic show? it is a US/Japanese co-production and one of Sci-fi/fantasy television's best shows yet very original. One of my faves since i was 4 years old when it first came out in 1985, action with some comedy and the kickass Mumm-Ra the ever living. Cheetara was one smokin' hot toon i had the hots for with Taarna, Adora from She-Ra, and more childhood crushes on animated chicks.

Out of all the shows I used to watch as a kid, especially the ones from the 80s, Thundercats is the only one that has really been able to keep my adoration. It's also got the greatest theme song ever.
Shame they are remaking it.

Ok, so there have been rumors of a live action or cgi Thundercats movie coming out. Who would be perfect for each part?
Some of my thoughts:
Lion O- Orlando Bloom, Vin Diesel(Dielsel only because he's buff), Hugh Jackman
Tigra- Hugh Jackman , Robert Downey, Jr.
Cheetara- Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz(can't think of other options right now)
Panthro- Michael Clarke Duncan or Vin Diesel (not that i"m a huge diesel fan but
he looks the part.)
Jaga- Tony Amendola
Slithe- Andy Serkis or Brad Dourif
Monkeon- Jim Carrey
Mum Ra- Arnold Schwarzenegger (Transform this decayed form into Mum Raaaaggghhhh
the Ever Liviiinnngg)
Wily Kat- Rupert Grint, Dominic Moneghan(sp?)
Wily Kit- Emma Watson
Snarf- cgi, voiced by Jim Carrey

I was in my teens when Thundercats first aired.
