The Deus Ex universe discussion/appreciation thread.

I'm starting a thread on the awesome game series, Deus Ex, which takes place in a somewhat dystopian future. The first game takes place in the 2050s and it's sequel, Invisible War, takes place in the 2070s. The third game, Human Revolution, is set to take place in the 2030s, I think...

    Begin the discussion.

I will begin by posting a rather funny quote from the game

Anna Navarre: Are you sure you pressed the right button?
    Gunther Hermann
: I do not make mistakes of that kind.
    Anna Navarre
: Your hand might have slipped.
    Gunther Hermann
: No. I wanted orange. It gave me lemon-lime.
    Anna Navarre
: The machine would not make a mistake...
    Gunther Hermann
: It's the maintenance man. He knows I like orange.
    Anna Navarre
: So you think the staff has some kind of plot...
    Gunther Hermann
: Yes, they do it on purpose.

Maybe we'll meet a young Gunther Hermann or Anna Navarre.

I'm hoping we get to see a backstory for the bartender chick from Hell's Kitchen.

Ah yes... the one who was in an "early program" ... I think her name was Jordon Shea or something.
