Question:
I feel somewhat torn about the recent news that Farscape's Ben Browder will be joining the cast of Stargate SG-1 as a regular, joined by Claudia Black in a recurring role. I'm thrilled that they're both working and that we'll soon get to see them again on a regular basis, but what will this mean for future Farscape projects? — Kaya J.
Matt:
What, they're supposed to just sit around and wait until the next Farscape movie/mini/whatever comes together? The way I look at it is that any chance we get to see them is a good one. I've seen the Stargate episode introducing Claudia's character, and she looks to be enjoying herself immensely. (She has a rollicking fight scene with Michael Shanks as Daniel Jackson that's sexy, funny and exciting). Still seems a win-win to me, and by the time the Farscape powers get something up and running, I would think they could try and work around their stars' schedules.
