Hi all, my name is Dean Newbury, better known as Hairy43 at SciFiHero.net.
Those of you who are among my Facebook friends know that I've taken an internship on an AFI student thesis film, Thule: The Movie.
Well today something fun and amazing happened. An actor we all know and love from Stargate SG1 joined us on set. He is playing Commander Cain, the leader of Thule Air Force Base in the harsh winter environment of Greenland. Ladies and gentlemen I present:
J.R. Bourne!!
Here he his in his Commander Cain costume, all make-upped up to look quite a bit older!
And of course this just happened to be the day I wore a Stargate Worlds shirt I literally dug out of the bottom of a drawer in the dark this morning. Nah, I didn't look like a giant Stargate dork on the day a Stargate alum just happened to be on set. Sheesh....
