That trailer was pretty wild. Some of that cgi was pretty cool. And here I was expecting a live action short set to Dukas' Sorcerer's Apprentice. Not sure I buy Nicholas Cage as a wizard, though.

It's obvious that Nicholas Cage isn't a very good wizard since he doesn't even have a spell to fight off his creditors.

They couldn't have cast a worse lead. And by that I don't mean Nicholas Cage can't act, just that this part is all wrong for him.

Oh Nic definitely isn't the best choice for this, but I bet he has wanted to be a wizard since he was executive producer on The Dresden Files. The movie still looks great IMO.
