Hey all
Just wanted to start up this thread to tickle all your brains.
In the days of Star Trek: TNG, Sliders, and SG1/SGA one of the two big sci-fi plot devices were often used to my delight, that being parallel realities/dimensions and time travel. Now that were bombarded by FlashForward, SGU, and BSG those two may has well be dead (unless you count Fringe----awesome show btw).
So im asking you all which one of these two do you prefer over the other and why?
Me I like parallel realities/dimensions a bit more then Time Travel. Sure you can travel to the ancient past or possible dystopian future, but with parallel realities there is always a world out there in the vast multi-verse where life is better, more peaceful or more advanced.
