I saw Blade Runner about 10 years ago when I was 12 or 13 and I think I was way too young for it and didn't get it and really don't even remember it. I'm planning on renting the Final Cut on Blu-Ray this weekend, which leads me to my question. Which version of 4 do you recommend a person who hasn't seen it watches? I've heard that the directors cut could be hard to follow if you haven't seen the original. So any advice would be helpful.

Just watch the Final Cut. It's fantastic. I'm still not fond of the original Director's Cut. It's easily my least favorite version of the film.
Unlike some of the 'hardcore' Blade Runner fans, I also really enjoy the International and Theatrical versions. You could easily start with either of those and then check out the Final Cut. Don't watch the Director's Cut first though. If anything, don't watch that one at all mainly because the Final Cut is the Director's Cut, but way better.
