    what is this film?

    i remember seeing this film on tv sometime in the late 90s

    it was a sci-fi action film about some sort of super soldier program there was a ground battle on another planet in our solar system at some point and at one point an enemy soldier used a human shield and the main character just shot straight through her does anyone have any idea what this could be?
