I've been itching to creat this thread for weeks now. lol. Now that the new series has started it's a good time to do so

This thread is for discussing the relationship between Alex and the Gene Genie, friendship, work or otherwise.

I don't mind a healthy discussion but if all you have to say is: "I don't like Alex" (haven't come across someone who doesn't like Gene yet )you can turn back now because this is foremost an APPRECIATION thread.

Nice thread. I love how Gene has to rescue Alex or at least carry her in his arms almost every episode. Does that happen so often because of him doing just that when she was a child (at the end of series 1), do you think?

I really don't know. What does it mean that he found her as a girl and that she's back here now? I think, or maybe more like hope, that she came to 1981 has to do with Gene.
