A Season 5 question

I haven't watched any of Season 5 yet. I'm waiting for the DVDs so i can watch them all in one go.

I am wondering however, if they did anything with the "Weir in a ship in an asteroid belt" plotline that they left dangling.

yeah, the replicators digitally ascended and didnt like it, so they created new bodies using the Atlantis table thingo, FRAN's body was used to house Weir's consciousness. Then they put all the reps, including FRAN/Weir through a spacegate, so they freeze up like Niam.
