... What's your favourite sandwich filling?

"Oooh, that's a good question! I'd have to say Italian-style tuna. The brand in particular that I use is Sirena – it's a beautiful quality tuna that doesn't taste or smell like cat food. And I certainly don't mix it with mayonnaise. I'd probably put it with quite a garlicky aioli, with some rocket, really beautiful fresh tomato, maybe some grilled halloumi, some good lettuce... maybe an olive tapenade as well. And I'd put that one a really nice, fresh sourdough that's lightly toasted. It's making my mouth water because it's lunchtime...!"
