Does anyone know when Stargate Atlantis Season 5 DVD will come out?

Yeah I know, I was thinking that if the show is ending in January it may come in a few months but living in Australia I haven't seen any of the new season of Atlantis and am eager to see it.

It usually doesn't work that way. MGM and Fox will usually chose to sell the DVD's during the high buying season

I doubt it would be that long (if you mean Christmas.) Most likely it'd be June/july here in the states.

Yup likely summer or fall.

Their release dates have been all over the place, I doubt they'd hold them for specific high selling dates, not for something like Stargate that probably doesn't get much advertisement.

Well they usually release the DVD when a new season is about to start. So this one might be tough.

Universe starts in the summer, post production is probably finished on most if not all episodes and we know the marketing process takes 6 months... summer next year sounds about right.

For Universe? Do you realize they don't even have a cast finalized? And last time I checked they were still writing scripts!! That's not even Pre-production being finished.
