When the replicator download themselve into sub-space ,they thought they could move on to the next level .But the Ascension world is much more beyond than just the sub-space.
In movies continuum,SG1 survive the temporal shift ,it was a bit silly when people slowly disappear,Vala ,Teal and the entire Tok'ra base.
Sam ,Daniel and Cameron got into the wormhole in time,and Sam said they survive the Temporal shift because they got inside the Wormhole 's subspace just in time.And Cameron literally suvive the Grandfather paradox after Baal kill his grand father.
Well if some Replicator had download into the subspace at the time they would suvive the termporal shift , and Since Ascended being living in much higher level of sub-space live dimension, then temporal shift would not affect them.
Some Ascended being may have a pre-ascended double in the same timeline ,like people of Abydos ,most of them were ascended by Oma, but in Continumm , Anubis probably never destory Abydos and Oma and Anubis would still fighting and unaffected by the temporal shift.
Not to mention a temporal shift on Earth would affect milkyway, Pegasus,Asgard galaxy ,Ori galaxy
