Really? FYI, I happened to do a search and the closest ones that came up were
- "What other Sci-Fi/Fantasy shows do you enjoy?" (far more general and doesn't involve a top 10 list)
- results from an annual SciFi Poll
- "The 3 best TV shows right now"
- "Top 5 TV shows" regardless of genre
- "Top 50 Sci-Fi Shows Of All Time" from boston.com

None of them are on the subject of YOUR personal all-time favourite sci-fi/fantasy shows, in order of preference.

(I could have missed something though, and I'm sure we'd all appreciate it if you could direct us to a couple examples of the dozen or more threads on exactly the same subject)

I found these in about 2 minutes, and if I dig some more I'm sure I can find a few more in other sections. Look, i'm not lambasting you, it is a great premise for a thread. I only mention it because the mods like to keep the forum steam-lined with out a bunch of repeat threads, as they should.

My top 5 scifi series of all time are ....
1) Deep Space Nine ... simply brilliant!, hands down my favorite!.
2) Stargate ... a very close second
3) Farscape ... wacky, fun and very smart
4) Babylon 5 ... fun of plot holes and cheesy acting, but brilliant none the less.
5) The Next Generation ... brought me back to watching scifi.
