Apparently, episode 1 of season 5 has been leaked onto some torrent sites, please im not saying download it or anything it could be fake but i thought i would let everyone know before this forum becomes to spoilerific, thanks.

While the existence of a leaked episode is on-topic here, just a reminder to everyone: please refrain from sharing links or instructions on how to obtain illegal episode downloads, or boast that you have done it. That's against our forum rules.

I'm just wondering why leak the premiere, if this was in fact done on purpose by whomever.

And if it wasn't, then are security measures really that lax? This doesn't happen very often to TV shows.

I like spoilers as much as the next guy, but sometimes I'm just happy to wait.

Same thing happened to Adrift last year, except that one didn't have any sound effects yet and was missing several CG-sequences. S&R is finished.

Happens all the time... I've heard of other shows being leaked. But Scifi obviously hasn't learned from their mistakes if this wasn't intended.
