Just heard Stan Winston tragicaly lost his battle with cancer.

A trageic lost, he will be remembered for such fantastic creations, as the Terminator and Predator.

A terrible, terrible shame. We'll miss you man.

am suprised that not more people have expressed a sadness at his passing, maybe some simply do not know who he is and what he has achieved in bringing his model's to the forefront of sfx...for those who don't know...think terminator, think aliens, think jurassic park and you're heading in the right direction...
