500 More Looks Between Jack & Sam

This thread will feature looks between Jack and Sam. There are millions of them!!! Okay...thousands...'cause of seasons 9 and 10.

Other than that, the rules remain as simple as the first time:

Melissa, Were you watching today's daily SG1 showing too?!

I've gotta say, I think this is a fabulous Daniel episode. MS did an amazing job with all the different characterizations. Loved see Janet in this episode too. It's probably one of my more favorite non-Jack & Sam episodes.

That said....although there's not much Jack & Sam interaction in this episode, today, for the first time, I noticed a little shippy scene in the infirmary. I loved how Jack & Sam each had to take a peek at the other to make sure the other was okay! Yeah, I've got my shippy glasses on...

Oh, and just had to laugh at this bit. You gotta love Jack! He gets right to the heart of the matter....LOL!

CARTER: "Sir ... these people are alive. A-at least they're in some form of cryogenic sleep. Any civilization without faster-than-light technology would have to resort to something like this in order to cross the vast distances between stars. Otherwise, it would take an entire generation, or more, and given the effects of relativity ..."

O'NEILL: (cutting her off) "We've got a ship load of frozen people."

CARTER: "That would be the more succinct way of putting it. Yes, Sir."

Yep, still getting my inspiration from the daily rerun...

*Sigh* another Daniel episode. Not that I don't like Daniel, I do. BUT, this one just isn't a favorite AND it has hardly ANY Jack & Sam.

Hehehe...for me, the best bit of the whole episode...

Scene: SGC - Infirmary

Jack is in hospital jammies and his arm is in a sling. Someone is fiddling with the sling.

O'NEILL: "Ow! God! Get away ..." (he pushes the hand away)

Sam walks in as the owner of the hand moves off. We see Sam stepping out from behind Daniel, who was already there.

CARTER: "How's the arm?"

O'NEILL: "Good. How's the science project?"

CARTER: "You mean my complete overhaul of the 'gate diagnostic system?"

O'NEILL: "I guess that's what I mean ..."

CARTER: "It's going well, sir. Thank you for asking."
