What does everyone do for a living? I know we have a few doctors floating around here. Even homemaker is a job! One of the most important, IMHO.
I'm a radio DJ by night, work at a bank by day, teach Sunday School on, ... sundays.. and go to school.
And my hobby is working at GW!

I get tired just reading about your life, David. ;)
My current occupation is unglamorous, but very convenient and probably the best one I've ever had. I work in a local version of Mailboxes, Etc. But... my boss is way cool and just as evil as I am, I'm allowed to read and/or write when it isn't busy (which I wasn't allowed to do at my last job, at a bookstore!!), and I have net access all day if I don't have a book or story (or customers) to keep me busy. :)
Ultimately, I'd like a job as a writer, preferrably for TV, but maybe books if I can ever finish writing anything longer than six pages. Of course, I'd probably still need a "real" job. At least until everyone realizes how brilliant I am. http://smilies.jeeptalk.org/ups/icis/ices_angel_g.gif

I'm an ex- primary school teacher (waves at Shipperahoy) and I now work for a bank. I won't say which one cos if I do all the UKers will bombard me with complaints about our terribly annoying ads. (That narrows it down to.. five or six then.)
I go to work two days a week, and I'm a sort of all-purpose troubleshooter for branch & call centre staff who get stuck or who have a customer complaint they can't cope with. I like it, and it's a nice rest from my real job, which is looking after two small sons.

I'm 14 and thus a student, but I am considering going to college for astrophysics. (Inpsipred by a certain show... :D ) I find wormholes, black holes and the like extremely fascinating. I also like what I understand of Schroedinger and Quantum physics... so my father says I should jump on a career with astophysics.
But I do volunteer at the local library.

Graduated with honours in Archaeology (Egyptology) back in 2001 (guess who I am? :p ). Also have a degree in history.
Currently working as a Team Leader for a Share Registry company.
Who needs Uni? :D
For a while I volunteered on a Star Trek website (the former Section31.com)as a feature writer, but then found love, so its been a while since I wrote a nice article. ;)

Currently studying at home to be 3d designer and music producer.
Have studied most things, atleast for a while, but everything is so damn boring.

I work as a historian. I do a little of that at work, but I take freelance work when I can. I'm trained to work in museums, archives, and historical societies.
Ultimately, I want to work in a museum, but this stupid economy is making that hard (grrrr!). I'm about to start volunteering at the local Natural History museum to get some networking done.

I am currently doing my honours year at the University of Western Australia. I did a triple major Bachelor of Arts, in History, English and Politics.
Mainly medieval history, medieval french and english lit. and international and philosophical politics.
my honours thesis is very simplistically - medieval transvestism :p
I'm applying for a scholarship to do my phd in English, but if I don't get that I'm also applying for the Australian Federal Police - yay international intellegence stuff.
I also babysit a lot and run a creche in an attempt to stay at least on the poverty line  and occasionally to eat.
