    Yes Sir. It is why the events in "The Return" and "TMC" happened. That there is good writing, imo. The decision by one person to tamper with the base code set a motion of events forever changing the Pegasus galaxy.

                      Actually I was going to say Carson because he was the one who created the Retro-Virus but yeah you are right. Also, Weir gave the order for Rodney to activate the Wraith-kill code. They had the ZPM and could of just left.

                        Indeed, so Rodney can only be blamed for altering the Replicator base code everything else is Weirs fault or Shep for waking up the Wraith
