    seson 10

    hello people, well im a new guy here just found this page,so dont know if it's the right place to post the topic.
    i was just wondering if seson 10 is the last seson of SG-1
    im on seson 6 now,still alot to see,but just want to know. i read some where that SG1 wasnt makeing any new eps after seson 10. (think it was on wikipedia) so if anyone could aid a fellow stargate fan

    Yes season 10 is the last but there's 2 DVD movies coming out next year .

      yes it is the last season of sg-1. but there are two confirmed tv movies, one of which is coming out this autumn.

        I heard the movies were delayed until summer 08 now unfotunately .

            Lommit, since you're way back at Season 6, let me show you just how many stories SG-1 has to offer.

            STARGATE: THE ARK OF TRUTH (Spring, 2008)
            STARGATE: CONTINUUM (Fall, 2008)

            Since you haven't seen Atlantis yet, I would suggest waiting until you have finished Season 8 of SG-1. Watch Atlantis Season 1 with the understanding that it's set during that same year. Then watch SG-1 Season 9, Atlantis Season 2, SG-1 Season 10, then Atlantis Seasons 3 and 4.

            To simplify matters, here's a timeline.

            1994: Stargate (1996 according to SG-1.)
            1997-98: SG-1 (Season 1)
            1998-99: SG-1 (Season 2)
            1999-00: SG-1 (Season 3)
            2000-01: SG-1 (Season 4)
            2001-02: SG-1 (Season 5)
            2002-03: SG-1 (Season 6)
            2003-04: SG-1 (Season 7)
            2004-05: SG-1 (Season 8) / Atlantis (Season 1)
            2005-06: SG-1 (Season 9) / Atlantis (Season 2)
            2006-07: SG-1 (Season 10) / Atlantis (Season 3)
            2007-08: Atlantis (Season 4)

            Stargate: The Ark of Truth will premiere on DVD in the spring of 2008, but it's chronologically set between SG-1's final episode and Atlantis's Season 3 finale. The same applies to Stargate: Continuum which premieres in the fall of 2008.
