Stargate SG-1 has ALWAYS performed well on the SciFi Channel.

The reason SG1 was cancelled was NOT because of its ratings, but because of the MONEY it would take to produce an 11th season. SciFi Channel wanted more money, MGM didn't want to pony up additional monies. It was a business decision.

Consider that of ALL the syndicated series' episodes they've scheduled for vertical programming on ANY night on the SciFi Channel -- including the X-Files -- Stargate SG-1 is the ONLY one that lasted more than a couple of weeks. (Okay, granted, SG-1 has MORE years of episodes than most of the series, and X-Files had been playing in syndication for some time before it came to the SciFi Channel -- but SG1 has been airing in vertical programming on the SciFi Channel for five YEARS now.)

A rerun episode of SG1 earned a 1.0 rating the week of 3/12/07 -- 3/18/07.

Star Trek: Enterprise has earned the following ratings since its premiere on the SciFi Channel:

Star Trek: Enterprise 1.2 week of 1/8/07 -- 1/14/07
Star Trek Enterprise 1.1 week of 1/15/07 -- 1/21/07
Star Trek: Enterprise 0.9 week of 1/29/07 -- 2/4/07
Star Trek: Enterprise 1.0 week of 2/5/07 -- 2/11/07
Star Trek: Enterprise 1.0 week of 2/12/07 -- 2/18/07
Star Trek: Enterprise 1.0 week of 2/19/07 -- 2/25/07

Also consider that when NEW episodes of SG-1 are airing, SciFi Wire usually doe NOT include a rating for a rerun of SG-1 during that same week.

The SciFi Channel has spruced up their Schedulebot page, and there is a preliminary June Calendar available. Highlights of June include (possibly in connection with SciFi Channel's Celebration of the Stargate SG-1 Grand Finale Countdown) A WEEK OF STARGATE SG-1 for a majority of their broadcast day beginning June Monday, June 18th.

The sad thing is I have all the DVDs but I just like re watching random episodes without having to get up to switch the DVDs all the time. I've seen all the episodes but sometimes watching an episode you haven't seen in a while is fun. Sitting on the couch all day instead of changing discs makes up for the commercials.

No surprise here (I guess) -- SciFi Channel changed their schedule. I noticed during the Friday, April 27th episodes, they were advertising Jake 2.0 for Tuesday, and when I checked the Schedulebot, it had been updated.
