I've seen the final episode and can truly say its one to remember - but am not of course gonna put any spoilers on here!

There's a song in the final episode montage of SG1 and Landry on the Prometheus - I really want to know what it is called so I can go buy it.

Anyone know what its called and who sung it?

Yes but realize that there are two versions. The one sung in Unending was by Creedence Clearwater Revival but Rod Stewart also sung it.
