I have exhausted all my mental energy tonight looking for a movie, and Im now reaching out to the only forum I know of that may be of some help to me.
I know this will be vague, and maybe even less help to you, but I desperately need to know the title of the movie.... its one of those things that will eat away at me until I either figure it out or go insane.

The movie Im looking for is Japanese
It was made/released between 2003 & 2005
It is in the Sci Fi genre
Basic plot: A man and a woman in the future are on their way to the moon for thier honeymoon on a luxury ship called Diana when the ship encounters some sort of problem and (either) crashes (or) is adrift in space. The husband cant find his wife and anyone else on the ship....
Thats where my memory ends. I know that this may seem stupid, but I just need to know the name, possibly find a copy and get it off my mind. lol. There is a possibility (high) that some details are wrong. But any help would be awesome.
