Every time I see or hear Lorne's name, I always think of Lorne Sausages.
I haven't had a roll 'n sausage for ages. Though, I do prefer mine with a cuppa tea.
As for a name, how about - Alasdair (pronunciation: AL us ter), the Scots Gaelic form of Alexander. It's Greek in origin (obvious, I suppose) and its meaning is "Defender of Mankind."
