Teotihuacan: The City where Men become Gods.

So....it has been a looooong time since Daniel or Stargate Universe returned to some Earth based civilizations. It has been a couple of seasons already since we last saw an Aztec pyramid or any Mesoamerican civilizations.

    Last that I remember was:

    1) A planet that had a pyramid but the in habitants had nanites in their brains (children).

    2) "The Fountain of youth" device that Daniel "recovered" in Central America.

Teotihuacan is an ancient city of whom we don't yet know who built it. (Common conception would be to attribute it to the Aztecs, but they didn't build it).

Teotihuacan is "the city where Men become Gods" (Ascended beings perhaps....?????)

What if Merlin / Morgan Le Fay had hidden the weapon nearby >>>???

Interesting idea, I love when they explore ancient Earth cultures.

That's a city I didn't know about, thanks for bringing it up.

It would be great if they visited it, and it turned out that that was where some of them ascended - but I don't see why they'd have hidden the weapon there.

That would be cool, but i think that the city of Angkor Wat looks way cooler. Its in Cambodia, and i don't think that the show has ever toutched on that civilisation really. I like the shows where Daniel gets a lot to do with his Archaeology. It reminds me of the film when he gets to do stuff like that.

                  From Wikipedia:
... recently the glyph that represents the city has been translated as "The place of the precious sacrifice". ...

Well, there's always those new pyramids in Bosnia that look just like the Mesoamerican pyramids but are larger than the Great Pyramid of Giza.

And don't forget that the Furling language is supposed to resemble Aztec.
