Loved it.

Heinlein at his best, both in terms of dialogue and description.

One of my Sci Fi favs.

The concept list of one time only and unique ideas was long.

Grokking: Deep, immersive, knowing

The idea of a citizen class that observes and reports totally accurate information. (I've forgotten the name but they could use some of these folks today in our compromised journalism)

Water as a symbol of blending, unity, immersion, total concentration

The radical idea of group love (before it became a hippy cliche) as connected to the other ideas on this list.

I actually used some of the ideas on this list in my dating life (long ago, no not the group sex idea) and was told I was a great kisser. I was practicing my grokking at the time. It worked!
