The Furlings. Of course. I think of them as ascended even higher than the Ancients. The Ancients always seemed so scientific this leaving for a higher plane thing seemed weird. And the Asgard are scientific while the Nox are spiritual. So I think the Ancients were like sponsoring the Asgard while the Furlings did the same with the Nox. The Furlings ascend and when it becomes clear what's happening to their people the Ancients give in and try the crazy hippie idea of the Furlings.
