I don't know about everybody else, but I'm extremely excited to see Daniel finally arrive in Atlantis. I just hope they don't skip all the anticipation up to that point and just have the cast already in Atlantis as the episode starts. One of the detials I like about Daniels character is seeing him get very excited in anticipation of finding/going somewhere significant to archeology or history. It seperates him from other members of SG-1. I always liked the fact that Daniels view of gate travel was for the purpose of exploration and to meet new races, which differed from the rest of the team. (Yes, I understand the underlying agenda of Daniel is to rescue Sha'ra.) The rest of the team views it as a means to an end (defeating the Gou'ald) while Daniel looks at it as the beginning of knowledge and relationships. It should be interesting to finally see him walking the halls of Atlantis, considering they wouldn't be there if he hadn't decifered the gate address.

Well, this is his fourth and successful attempt...- In Rising, he wanted to go, but O'Neill didn't let him,
- In Prometheus Unbound, none other than Vala stopped him,
- and in Avalon, he missed the Daedelus on it's way back, again because of Vala.
He was bound to get there eventually.

I'm glad they had the scenes w/ Danny on the Oddy watching as they aproched Atlantis so stisfying since hes been wanting to go since Full Circle. If only Jack and Teal'c got to go too.

Yeah Danny finally makes it to Atlantis! Loved the part where Vala said that only two of those times were her fault "Prometeus Unbound" "Avalon". Loved it where Mitchell said " Teal'c we've got a collect call from the Pegasus galaxy will you accept the charges" I couldn't help but remember the scene from "Solitudes" where Daniel looks at Teal'c and said "What happens when you dial your own phone number" and realizes who he's speaking to and then asks Hammond the same question. Anyway glad to see Danny in Atlantis.

It was so cool to see Daniel finally make it to Atlantis. He's been trying for a long time, and finally got his chance. Awesome acting job by MS in this one, especially toward the end. IMO, the Ancients are, overall, being so ignorant in their non-response to the threat the Ori pose.sigpic
