Predictions anyone?! ...(spoilers?...)
I have not read anything about the new season but the part of vala's child being the ori leader. So forgive me if i am waaaaaaaayy off the true story.
It is just a thought, but i think that the ori WILL defeat all the ships in that area, but somehow the stars survive...(don't know how yet...) But, they do not press onward because of vala's child. (new ori leader...if i remember correctly).
This theory is called the "where's mommy" theory because when all these "normal people" are off in a distant galaxy, it would be a little hard to get enough priors to keep them up in their faith. So, they need a new "mommy". That is why they have vala's child to be the new leader. The only problem with this new leader is that she will just be a newborn.
So, just when everyone is about to be obliterated, vala begins to have the child. For some odd reason, everyone must fall back to protect this child (just incase we "mere humans" could even damage her ship...) this will give time for the "good guys" to fall back and make a new plan.
