Unfortunately this series that had so much potential was squished before it finished the first season and even the compilation film that followed didn't do it justice.

Who else misses this show?

I'm not surprised. It first aired on the Sci-Fi channel and might have had fewer episodes than Firefly. Basically if you blinked you missed it. =0)

Unfortunately as far as I can tell the only recordings for sale of it is the afore mentioned crudy movie.

I watched this for a couple of episodes, Adrian Paul is yummy, but didn't hold my attention.

I liked the character's contrasting naivite and compententness (neither of these are words most likely.)
