Peace Fund Auction: Photos And Signed Script By Michael

In the middle of filming its record-breaking 10th season, having wrapped filming on the history-making 200th episode, the Sci-Fi Channel series Stargate SG-1 has proven to be one of the most successful science fiction series ever. Back in 1999 the series was in its 3rd year, with little idea that 7 more years (and perhaps more) were ahead of it.
From that era we have a very unique item - an original shooting script from the episode "Rules Of Engagement". This script is the original pink draft version dated 11 May 1999 and was donated by Michael Shanks (Dr Daniel Jackson) from his own collection of scripts.
The script contains highlights and and notations in Michael's hand. This is not a photocopy - it is Michael's original script from the episode. The script has been signed by Michael on the front cover. Our grateful thanks to Michael Shanks and Michael Shanks Online.

The Void, a Lionsgate film, is the story of a scientist, Dr. Thomas Abernathy, played by Malcolm McDowell, who is creating a new energy supply for the world's economy. However, in the process he ignores the fact that he could possibly create a black hole that would threaten to destroy the entire planet.
Physicist Eva Soderstrom, played by Amanda Tapping (Stargate SG-1), tries to prove that her father's death during a similar experiment ten years earlier was not an accident. In her search, she finds that Dr. Abernathy's calculations for his new experiment are wrong. She tries to solicit help from her boyfriend, Steven Pryce, who is a structural engineer (played by Adrian Paul). He designed the facilities of Filadyn Laboratories where Abernathy is working to achieve his goal.
This is a photocopy of the shooting script for the movie. It has been signed by:
    Adrian Paul (Steve)
    Amanda Tapping (Eve)
    Andrew McIllroy (Oscar)
    Gilbert M Shilton (Director)
the Director of Photography, Malcolm McDowell (Abernathy).
    Memorable Quote:
Prof. Steven Price: I'm not just a pretty face, you know.
Prof. Eva Soderstrom: You are, but that's beside the point.
