I am trying to remember this show from ago and I know someone out there knows it too.
His name is Darius, and had this gland, his brother designed, put in his head called "Quicksilver". From this gland he can turn himself invisible. He is being blackamiled my some G-Men for his fix, so he doesn't go mad, because the gland is faulty. What is the name of that show.

The Invisible Man, used to air with Farscape for a while. It got canned shortly before sci-fi picked up Stargate SG-1. It was a good show and I enjoyed it.
