They better be training a $hitload of recruits/regular personnel of army/navy/airforce/marines in heavy duty special ops tactics, SEAL training kind of stuff. Supposedly, the orii ships brought millions of soldiers to the MW and we need extra reinforcements going through the gate with each team.
