I had an idea for an episode for a stargate crossover that involves both sg-1 and Atlantis Simmultaniously(sp?)
It starts off with at the SGC with everyone going about their business, ie. carter working on a project, daniel decifering something, teal'c and mitchell playing b-ball you know something like that when the incoming wormhole alarm appears and when Gen. Landry asks for the IDC he is suprised to get the atlantis signal when their usual data transmission isn't for days. Even more surpised when it is announced that their is an incoming traveler. So he opens the iris only to discover General O'Neill, Colonel Shepard, and Ronan. Suprised to say the least seeing as how Gen. O'neill is in washington.
During a rather unsettling briefing with Gen. O'Neill, Gen. O'Neill(washington), Ronan, Colonel Shepard and SG-1 it is determined that the two guests are in fact who they say they are ,and are somehow ending what appears to be a time paradox. (washington) Gen. O'neill at some point in the future will travel to atlantis where he, Colonel Shepard, and Ronan are sent back in time to the SGC. The Atlantis O'eill explains that if they dial Atlantis it will connect. He can't explain how but he says if they dial it than (washington) O'Neill can go through, and he has to go alone. As Gen. O'neill (washington) disembarks for atlantis leaving behind the three traveliers (thus starting the time paradox) the SGC gets a message that an outpost is under attack and needs reinforcments. So SG-1, Ronan, and Colonel Shepard go to assist. after defeating the threat at the outpost the dataliss appears in orbit being diverted to pick up Ronan, Col. Shepard, along with Carter and Daniel. Gen O'Neill send word through the weekly data transmission in the present at atlantis requesting them at atlantis. Tel'c takes the time to visit his son while the rest of his team are otherwise occupied.
Now to the atlantis episode Gen. O'neill comes through the gate suprising the atlantis team explaining the paradox and requesting that they contact the dataliss and have carter and daniel join him. O'neill doesen't trust McKay to deal with a time travel device that was responsible for th paradox in the first place that gave a burst of energy to the gate for the incoming wormhole that brought O'neill there in the first place and the one to connect home for him ronan and shepard as well as sent them back in time. So Carter, Mckay, and Daniel work on the device while O'neill and (AtlantisGate-1) answer a call for help from tala's people on the mainland. Some Wraith cashed awhile ago and just made their presence known. once they get back from taking care of the wraith Carter and company has the device working and O'neill, Ronan, and Shepard step through just as before leaving carter and daniel to take the dataliss back. After they step through the device explodes and is destroyed apparently it was only ment to work once and after it did it's job repairing a paradox itself created it self-destructed thus ending my idea for a crossover
