Actors/actresses you want to see on SG1/Atlantis

We`ve had our share of famous faces, both in the Milky Way and the Pegassus Galaxy.
With Beau Bridges,Claudia Black and Ben Browder now regulars and Mitch Pillegi a recurring character with many appearences and tons of other known actors having appeared over the years (mostly on SG1) I was thinking...who would you like to see guest star on one of the shows next?

First off, let me just say that Mitch Pileggi was a fantastic addition to Season 2. He`s also managed to integrate wonderfully to the extent that I actually started to think of him as Caldwell instead of "look, it`s Skinner".

I don`t know about Browder, Black and Bridgers (sounds like a law firm LOL) since I havn`t seen any new episodes of SG1.

Since I think that a somewhat familiar face from time to time can really boost a show`s quality I`d like to see Allan Alda, Brent Spiner, Colm Feore and Billy Drago in either SG1/Atlantis.

Who do you think would make good guest appearences?

Well, actually no idea as of yet...though I would like to see Jewel Staite again in Atlantis, but not as a Wraith (Ellia) this time.... preferably without prosthetics (I don't think she'll do that again any time soon, the way she complained about it on Serenity Squared).

And Summer Glau...yes, love to see her too...can be SG-1, but I prefer Atlantis.

Oh I'd love to see Marg Helgenberger or David Caruso in Stargate (both ones :D) Both great actors who wouldn't have problems to integrate also into SciFi IMHO ;)

Here's one for the Brits. I'd like to see Pete Burns of Celebrity Big Brother "fame" as a Wraith on SGA. Wouldn't need a whole lot of make-up either.

Personally, I'd love to see Kate Mulgrew do an appearance on SG-1 or Atlantis, though I'd prefer Atlantis. I can so see her playing a strong leader-type of person and ends up butting heads with Elizabeth on how to deal with the crisis of the episode. :D

Another actor... hm... Avery Brooks would be a good one, I think. He's an excellent actor and would probably fit right in.

I would like to see Wayne Brady come back. Since they killed him off and he didn't get to be funny and he was a bad guy, I would like to see him back as his good twin--a funny recurring character, perhaps as a Jaffa ambasador to Earth. The only slacker Jaffa we've ever seen. Or something else unexpected, like a Jaffa computer geek or an undercover Jaffa spy.

This is off_topic but: What was Jewel Staite complaining about?

Mostly about the headcast she had to let the special effects guys do, in order to be able to make sure the Wraith-prostetics would fit her features. There was something about breathing through a straw (to which Morena & Sean started thinking out loud of what they would have done if they had been there when the headcast was made...and it weren't all nice things).

She had no idea what she was getting herself into. She had no idea what a Wraith was until of course she got the part of Ellia.

Hope it happens and is probably somewhat likely.....Cliff Simon as Baal going to bother Atlantis. He is so cool as a bad guy. I'd also like to see Steve Bacic as Camulus make a reappearance. We don't know what Baal ever did with him. He could have escaped to be a Goa'uld another day.

As for actors that have never been on Stargate, the actor who played "Teer" on Andromeda.

Other than being a big Stargate fan, I'm also a big Veronica Mars fan so I always like to imagine anyone from Veronica Mars in Stargate. Enrico Colantoni plays Veronica's dad and he was in SG-1s 'Evolution Part 2'. Erin Chambers guest appeared on Veronica Mars and she was also the recurring character, Sora, in Atlantis.

I'm looking at Claudia Christian from B5. She's the best..she was real, she's smart, she's athletic, she's hot..she's all woman. Oh her and Teyla ---her as a Wraith Queen vs. Teyla in some battle..wicked cool. Or even....maybe something else..she would just be a bonus, to see her back in scifi world.

And I have to agree with the Gillian people..she would be great. As you can see if anything all I want is women...too many men already.

And any of the ladies from past ep...I'd personally love to see Sora again...I got this crazy idea, her and Ronon would be a good couple. Anyway it would be fun to see what he makes of her!

I agree that if they bring in anyone they should focus on seccondary characters such as sora.

also even though this would never happen from, Rachel Bilson from the OC (is a good actress) Bart or Homer simpson come through the gate as acended beings, fighting an Ori worshiping flanders, James Spader to Atlantis (him and David Hewlet togeather would be so funny) and this ones for everyone from Australia and most Unlikley of all Mathew Johns. But they should probably stick to telling more stories about seccondary characters and there are enough blondes in the actual cast to end the need for blonde guests

I'm sorry, but I really don't want to see any British comedians (among whom I count Hugh Laurie) on Atlantis. It would just be too difficult to believe in their character (I still have trouble taking Hugh Laurie seriously as House after 2 seasons!). I couldn't believe it when I read that Eddie Izzard was going to play a villain in 24, but thank goodness he didn't manage to fit it in after all.
Jason Isaacs, yes, he would be great. As anybody. I would love to see Michael Hogan from BSG make a guest appearance, but I would love to see him in anything! He would make a good Genii.
Also, I would love to see Nabil Shaban, who played the Sil in Doctor Who many many years ago appear in Atlantis, perhaps as an alien of some kind, or indeed as a scientist. He really would be perfect.

Oh, I nearly forgot Jeffrey Combs. Please please!
