Over the past 9 years, SG teams have brought back tons of alien technologies. Some of those technologies are the focus of intense studies while many others have been placed on back shelf, for later study. It is likely that all the collected technologies will get studied eventually, and will likely have an effect on Future Earth's technological capabilities. The purpose of this thread is to try and come up with a complete list as possible of those technologies collected so far.

I'll begin the list in the next post... Please feel free to add any technologies you might remember that have been collected that have been left out. The odds are good I'll forget about lots of them.

False Goa'uld pad page turning stone... Each holding 9 Goa'uld killing devices.

Ancient alternate Dimension study device... Allows the user to study creatures that exist in another dimension that interacts with our own, but is not normally visible to human eyes.

Ma'chello's entire warehouse of Anti-Goa'uld technologies... Far to numerous and vague to make a real account of here. We do know it includes a body swapping device, as well as some computing equipment.

A large collection of Staff Weapons and Zats... The SGC also has a large collection of these weapons but they are for actual usage. The weapons at Area 51 would be dissected to figure out how they are constructed.

Tok'ra shield technology... We know that Earth has been researching it and has apparently figured out how to implement it for Earth's own uses. We saw this technology applied in "Prototype" in Season 9.

Tollan Communication Beam... We have seen this device used by the SGC, without the Tollan present. We can only surmise the Tollan allowed them to have it. This may be the bases for the Data Burst Transmitters currently being used by the SGC to communicate over huge interstellar distances with its BC-303's. Or, that may be a completely seperate technology given to Earth by the Asgard.

Quantum Mirror... Mirror was taken along with many other technologies and ancient artifacts from a large warehouse on an alien planet. Since then, the Mirror was destroyed to prevent further incursions into our universe.

Goa'uld Symbiote Poison... Given to Earth by the Tok'ra, as an emergency weapon of mass destruction against Goa'uld symbiotes.

Hate to say it, but the Quantum Mirror was destroyed. Hammond ordered its destruction in Point of View (Season 4).

And not really technology, but there's another "thing" stuck in Area 51: Nerus!

Goa'uld Deathgliders... Both damaged and undamaged. If Earth engineers could figure out how to replicate the Anti-Inertial drive utilized by the Gliders it could significantly improve Earth fighter technology.

Tel'tak... Both damaged and undamaged. Similiar technology as the Gliders, but with a hyperdrive as well.

Al'Kesh... At least one fully functional Al'Kesh was captured by Col. O'Neill and Teal'c. This was taken to Area 51 for study.

Hyperdrive Technology... The Earth has obtained several examples of different hyperdrive technologies. Earth was able to study and design a Hyperdrive based on Goa'uld design. The Human version was more compact than the Goa'uld design, however the Goa'uld version generally seems more reliable. Perhaps the crowning example of collected technologies is the gift of Intergalactic hyperdrive technology from the Asgard in thanks for saving them from the Replicators.

Transport Rings... All Earth Spaceships have been fitted with Ring Transporters, and no doubt they are still under study by Area 51 to learn exactly how they work, and to perhaps use the tech in other applications.

Asgard Teleportation Technology... Another gift from the Asgard for saving them from the Replicators. Far more advanced than Transport Rings, this technology has also been seen replicating new technologies from scratch, by the Asgard... Such as the Anti-Replicator gun designed by O'Neill and constructed by Thor using the Asgard Beaming Tech on board his ship named the 'Daniel Jackson'. This indicates that a future application for this technology could be very similiar to the "Star Trek" replicators. They could be used in a very wide assortment of industrial applications.

Goa'uld Memory Device... This technology has been used on several occaisons, but is still not fully understood.

Za'Tarc Detector... This technology works in conjunction with a Goa'uld Memory Device. It can be used to determine the truth of a persons memory, even if it is a false memory. It can also Project a holographic representation of what a person is thinking. This technology was developed by the Tok'ra, but the SGC as used it on several occaisons as well.

Galaran Memory Technology... This device is a very recent acquisition by the SGC, based on the Goa'uld Memory Device. The Galarans succeeded with this technology but have been having problems with their attempts to build a successful hyperdrive. This technology has been traded for help in developing Galaran Hyperdrives. It has the potential to be used to train people in days or weeks, instead of months or years. If it were put into widespread public use, it would raise the overall education and skill of the entire planet virtually overnight. It must be noted, however, that as great as the potential benefits of this device are, it could also be abused in brainwashing people.

Virtual Reality Module... This device also accesses the mind to create virtual simulations based on memories. It is similiar to the Galaran Memory Technology, with the exception that it was designed to train people by relatively traditional means in a virtual environment, where the real situation could be life threatening. It can be programmed with virtually any concievable circumstances, that could then be worked through over and over, until a successful solution could be find via simulation. This technology would be valueable in the future to train and test people in normally dangerous situations, or to test theoretical scenarios to learn the best working solutions, that might later be applied to real-life scenarios.

I agree that the beaming tech would only be a part of any replicating technololgy, and that there would have to be a storage area of raw materials. Your also correct that the computer must entirely construct the object virtually first. However, since beaming tech deals with scales on the atomic level, it is almost certain that the beaming tech is highly intergrated into the synthesizing process itself. Essentially, it can make either a copy of something based on molecular patterns stored in computer memory or a completely new object based on an engineered pattern. I agree that Earth doesn't have the ability to replicate objects yet with an Asgard beam, I was only saying that the possibility is very likely at some point in the future.

Say the Daedalus needs a new power buffer for the hyperdrive, then you go to the replication device (if they had one) and simply replicate a new piece of hardware to be installed. That would be a possible future effect of such a technology.

Foothold Alien's holographic image device... Left over from an alien incursion into the SGC, but later with limited success was used by the NID and the SGC for special ops missions.

Ribbon Hand Device... Goa'uld weapon of submission capable of sending out a powerful pulse blast that can send men flying or even crush objects. The Ribbon device can also be used to torture victims, and at least on one occaison was used to send a message into the mind of the one being tortured. A person has to have Naquada in their blood for it to work, but the basic technology might have other applications.

Goa'uld Healing Hand Device... Is capable of healing severe wounds and illnesses, but only to a point. Major physical structural damage is beyond the healing powers of the device. Like the Ribbon device a person must have Naquada in their blood to make it work. Also like the Ribbon device, the basic technology could be adapted to more general usage.
