Scanner Delayed Again

I was also quite disappointed to hear this. Even Amazon is reporting that the film is delayed to Opening Date: July 7, 2006.

I for one will keep on the lookout. I actually had gone to Amazon thinking..."well; it may be on DVD soon -- have to add it to wishlist!", but horrors it has not even released yet! I thought the film was complete, I wonder what's the hold up? This film will be a niche market and have a loyal Philip K Dick fan base to draw upon, I would think we would go to see it regardless of time of year or going head to head with some uber budget FX offering.
