A: Joanne Weintraub - Thanks for starting off the questions, Scott, and welcome to the chat. Best new show? I'd have to pick two, NBC's My Name Is Earl and UPN's Everybody Hates Chris, two very smart comedies with distinctive and very different voices (and great voice-over narration by Jason Lee & Chris Rock, respectively). If I had to pick a drama, it would be CBS' Threshold, one of the supernatural-spooky dramas that have flooded TV this season, and to my way of thinking the best of 'em. It's the one with Carla Gugino and -- there's no nice way to say this -- people bleeding from the ears & nose.
