Forum Problems (Again?)

I don't know about anyone else, but since GateWorld's downtime yesterday, none of the images in the forum are working. Anyone else?

Over in the Forum Play Zone, Skydiver said they were in the process of uploading the images to the new server.

Yeah, I get the same thing...I've also gotten "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this server" a couple times too.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. Someone has to upload all that stuff at some point, and it's better than being off line completely.

Yes, it's better than the entire forum. But it's weird seeing all these little X's :)

The format of mine is all screwed up though. I'm using Netscape 7.1, not only are the images missing it looks screwy. Oh well, it will be fixed when its all done and through.

I use, for the moment Internet Explorer but will soon be using Safari. The images are all screwed, yes, and also the layout of the tables

You should migrate on over to Mozilla or Firefox. The people that make it are the people that were laid off when Netscape was axed...so you should like it....not to mention the built in pop-up blocker and tabbed browsing.

Darren, great work - and really fast! I know most people can't appreciate all the bl***y work that's behind moving sites, installing new servers and being admins, but rest assured - there are people who *know* it's a load of work! :)
