Daniel Jackson/Michael Shanks Thunk Thread

Since, this is the Daniel thunking thread, I thought I would let everyone know that I am introducing a friend to the wonderful world of Daniel-Thunking tomorrow night and would like your suggestions of "necessary" episodes. I'm thinking probably 2 or 3 if we have the time. Right now, I have Chimera and Evo on my list. Anything else I should add? I know you all will have just wonderful suggestions...

Consider also There But For the Grace of God. Great first season ep. AU, global carnage, some whump, Daniel saves the day (edit:well not saves the day really, but does come back with important information). Great ep!

I think you ought to forget about the 2-3 episodes. You really need a Daniel marathon. There's just too many episodes to narrow down the list. Another is Lifeboat. Afterall, MS did get a Leo for that episode.

I just listed those to give you a variety to choose from. I personally would go with Grace of God, The Curse, and Chimera. And Evos 1&2 if there's time.
