Starship Troopers 2

Hey folks! I'm about halfway through Starship Troopers 2 and, I've gotta say, I'm not really impressed with the plot. I'm a big fan of the first film. The creatures are astounding. In this film you can tell that they didn't do as much rendering as they did in the first one, so they move kinda silky in comparison to jagged. But they're still the best part of the experience. If I see any ships in the latter half and they're not that cool Romulan-looking green kind at the end I'm going to give the film a "D" for continuity.

Have you seen the first? Not seen this one? What do you think?

I've seen both and the 2nd is nothing like the 1st. Yes it has a new bug but it seems low budget, I mean the whole movie takes place in one place and it wasn't funny at all compared to the first one but I still give it a c+

Just finished it. It was better than I thought it would be. Good concept, though it's execution was questionable. I wish it had a larger scope, as the claustrophobia did little for the picture

It sucked!

One location , No cool ship battle scenes, Only two types of bugs.

The crappy grass hopper things you may remeber from the original and the new Goa'uld rip off bugs.

Just picture a Dumbed down sore eyed version of Stargate Sg1, Crap acting, average FXs,Weak plot,boring locations.
