My mom, 34, really enjoys them too. It's great, except she doesn't seem to like to talk about them too much.
She's also a big SG fan and LotR fan I've got a very cool mom.

I love LOTR and Stargate too... and HP. I loved the 3rd film, The Prisoner from Azkaban is also my favourite of the books. As for my favourite character?

Sirius Black, hands down. But I'm another one who thinks there is a lot more to Snape than meets the eye. He's a fab character. But (especially since I saw the film) Black is up there with my all time favourite literary characters.

My mother an I both think that Snape is an awesome charcter -- you love to hate him! I, too, think there's a little more to him, but I've been reading too many editorials....

The book is ok, the film is a total crap. Seen half of the first movie and a bit of the third one. Boring, nothing.......etc....etc..

Accutally, I thought the third was the best, but still not as good as the books. I didn't really care for the first and second. Which is werid, because after seeing the first film I wanted to read it.

I've enjoyed the books, but really don't like the way that the movies are handled. I'd have to say that book 3 is my favorite.
However, HP is not my favorite fantasy series. I'd have to say LOTR, His Dark Materials and Earthsea top it.

I never thought I'd read the books but my friends got me hooked! They're so proud of themselves. Now I'm definately a Pot-head. The movies were fun, and I can't wait until book 4 comes out in movie form.

Haven't read it yet. I'll get it when it comes out, but I probably won't read it more than a couple times, at least for now.

My guess is either the new DADA teacher or McClaggan.

It's possible, but my personal thoughts are unlikely. Also, I don't think that the HPB is anyone we've met, same with the new DADA teacher. Also, you you think that this excerpt (released by Jo) refers to the new DADA teacher, the HBP or McClaggan. Or maybe someone new?

No, you were right. It was called, "Who do you think is the HBP?" Jo said she voted in it, that's why I remember But I wanna know why and such. I don't think it would be anyone we know. I can just feel it. But I have been known to be wrong....
