Roland Emmerich's Stargate turned out to be a good TV show- what about The Day After Tomorrow? I think it could show different POVs of the storm and the aftermath as well.

Thoughts?

BTW I'm new. I hope this is the right forum. :)

I think the whole concept of the movie was flawed, the characters were worthless, the plotting was trite and the "aftermath" would be dull.

Other than that, it's a great idea. ;)

Welcome to the board. :D

thank you, thank you. :D that's what I thought. dull.

but.

what if there were loads of dangers? I mean, certainly there's gotta be survivors to rescue and there's no garentee all that snow is safe.

Well, you seem keen on the idea and ultimately, that's all that matters... from a fandom perspective.

Personally, I think the movie was moronic and any TV series based on it could only be WORSE. But hey, don't let that stop ya from coming up with story ideas for TDAT: The Series if that's what gets your juices flowing. ;) Worse things have certainly polluted the air...

Haven't seen it in 6 years. :D

I was young then, and I liked it. ;) Haven't seen it sense. I remember being bored.
