*cringes* Okay so Sheyla has a nice enough ring to and Weyla is okayish but Feyla is just bad....I think perhaps the amalgamated names are being taken too far, just a little. ;)

Yay, a Ford/Teyla thread :)

There's a good fic by Angel of Fire SG1... here (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2247303/1/), called 'To Be Continued...' if anyone's interested.
It picks up where 'The Siege part II' left off (so obviously beware of spoilers). It's also a Shep/Weir fic, just to warn anyone who's not a shipper. However, even if you're not the F/T bits are really good, in my opinion, so well worth the read.

There was a cute F/T bit in 'The Gift', when he's sitting by her bedside.

Well rodney/Teyla has been dubbed Teyney and TeyKay before but never seen Zeyla.

Teyden, I think I’ve seen that before. Anyway, yup they look good together. They always seemed to be put together to. on the team there’s shep as the leader, McKay as the geek and Aiden and Teyla. It might not be in a romantic way, but they’re together. They do have some ship scenes though (highlight to read). There’s the saving him in rising , the teasing him in underground, and they’re together a lot in the storm/eye and hot zone but is not shippy. Its not until he is sitting at her bedside in the gift that it is clearly shippy - and I love that scene.

From what I've seen, Teyla seems to be the only person that cares at all about Aiden...Caldwell wants him dead, Weir was very standoffish to him even before he got wild, Sheppard and Rodney shot him.

Teyla is the only one that calls him by his first name, and displays any desire to help because he needs help, rather than "eliminating a threat."

I'll become a Ford/Teyla shipper just to honor her commitment to him (be it romantic or otherwise).
